Harry`s Cafe and Place in Lake Geneva

Not at all impressed. Got seated by the hostess and waited about 15 minutes before the waitress even acknowledged us when she was helping the booth next too us. Super small menu. They had a fried egg sandwich on their menu for lunch and we were told there was not enough room on the grill so they couldnt make it... The food was decent but the wait time was beyond excessive. So if you have an hour to lose this would be a good choice but defiently not a quick bite.

Perfect place to get a greasy breakfast and top it off with a little hair of the dog.

Food is decent but service is very slow and out of food items. I've visited for many years and everything has gone downhill.

It's really a great place and the team is very friendly. I was looking for a few plastic glasses, they didn't charge me. I'll definitely come back. Thanks

Always a great breakfast!! Not sure what people want...its a local diner in a tourist town that serves breakfast off a griddle. If you get up at 10:00 to eat you are going to wait anywhere in town. Get up at 7:00 and you might be pleasantly surprised. Plain and simple and good.

Grumpy owner that yells and puts down the help. No customer needs to hear you belittle someone. I know your in your 80s but that doesn't excuse you. We won't be back.

Great food, standard breakfast menu with just enough variety at a great price. Staff was very friendly. Mimosas and bloody Mary on the menu as well

Three stars for the food but the staff raises this to a four. The food was good but there were pretty limited options. The only gluten free options was a Greek salad, but it was pretty good.

Very good food. The classic Denver omlet was HUGE and very filling. Server was quick and efficient and very nice. I recommend going early in the morning because they are understaffed and it's not as busy. Otherwise it's worth a place to eat!

This place has the best Gyros and omelets out of any place in Lake Geneva. Not eating here is a mistake. Service is also tip top.

Good breakfast

This place is horrible. We were visiting Lake Geneva for the weekend and came here on a Sunday a little after noon. First off, it took several minutes to get a table, and there were several open tables around and nobody else waiting. We were told 3 different times that someone would “be right with us”. Finally one of the servers points across the room and said we could “grab that table over there”. Didn’t get menus for another 5 minutes and then waited another almost 15 minutes until we just decided to leave when nobody came to our table to even greet us, take drink orders, bring water, nothing. Only 2 servers working and it looks like they not only “serve” (I use the term loosely) but also have to clean and bus tables and run food and drinks. Severely understaffed. Don’t waste your time or money, there are plenty other good brunch spots nearby.

Delicious food and friendly staff. I had the French Toast and my husband had Eggs Benedict. Highly recommended both! We enjoyed eating our breakfast outside. I recommend eating here if you want to take your time and enjoy. Not the place for you if you’re in a rush. We look forward to our next visit.

Typical pub with good prices on cold beer. The food was ok but not memorable.

Would give 0 if I could this place took FOREVER to give us our food 45 minutes to be exact. Only saw one waitress who clearly didn't want to be there. No refills on drinks and we were there during lunchtime hours when they shouldn't be understaffed like this. This place was a joke highly recommend you eat elsewhere.

Stopped in for a snack and a beer. The servers were very helpful with getting in the building with my power chair. Good service nice atmosphere.

Overpriced and not quality food . Breakfast til 1 pm and breakfast menu is only one page and omlets take up majority of the menu so if you don't like omletts your out of luck .

Terrible service, food took forever and then they brought us the wrong food. Then gave us the right plate after already giving it to another customer who already touched it . Waitress was rude and refused to make us another plate rhen refused to take care of the bill. HORRIBLE DON'T EVER COME HERE

We ordered appetizers and lunch, and it took over a half hour just to get the hummus app. The server was pretty but never once refilled my soda or water, I was really thirsty and she never came by. And the place was really overpriced and doesn't have a cheaper kids menu.

Save your money and time and don't go to this place. it sucks, service is terrible food is fried , took us an hour to get our food wanted to put no stars but had to put one

We ordered 3 foods. Like 30 mins later, they brought out 2. My wife was waiting until we all finished the foods. Then, we asked where is the other one. The waiter said we didn't order. I understand he probably just forgot because of poor service skills, but don't say that customers didn't order, alright? That is not okay. Then he said he can put it in order. We denied because we don't want to wait anymore and the food was simply bad. He recommended us to talk with his manager, a young girl. She said the food was cooked and served out. Finally, she means that we already ate that food. She said she would like to take that food off from the order. Anyway, my wife was hungry waiting all morning (we spent 1 hr and 15 mins waiting and having breakfast). We were angry with this experience but the funny manager believes we already ate that. Most funny thing is that she, at last, said she needs to ask us to leave! Please do yourself a favor. Don't go this restaurant and save your day.

Really poor service. They sat us at the bar table. If it wasn't for the host we wouldn't have gotten served at all. 3-4 waitresses working a less than half capacity seating ignored us. Food came out cold. It appears we were discriminated against because we had a service dog. Do not recommend at all.
